How it works
Fill up the tech squad request form, ensure all information is correct.
Mention what kind of support you are looking for.
You’ll get a call back from our team for confirmation.
Once confirmed we will give you the cost estimation.
Once approved we will assign engineer along with time of visit.
Customer makes the payment for the service promised (UPI, PayTM and Bank Details will be provided over mail on submitting the form).
Engineer reach location and fix the issue.
We initiate feedback call to confirm issue is solved.
Engineer leaves the site.
In case of any component needing to be replaced, the spare will be first shipped to customer location, once customer receives the spare then the above process will be followed. Faulty spare parts can be shipped back or our reverse logistics will pick up at assigned time.
Advanced replacement policy
Installation of IP or CCTv camera.
Fresh OS installation or re-installation.
This is a reasonably priced paid service.
We use third party service provider.
Engineer will be only responsible to address the issue raised any related issue that is directly or indirectly related to the reported issue will be charged extra and new quotation will be given.
Additional service request after engineer reach the site will be charged extra.
No refund if customer cancels the order after 15 minutes of booking the service order.
All litigation is subjected to Raipur Chhattisgarh jurisdiction.
